Leanne, I have sold several as the selling agent and HUD is very easy to work with compared to REO's owned by banks. They get back to you within a couple of days to let you know your offer was rejected, countered, or accepted. The HUD foreclosures are few and far between compared to 2010 and 2011 in our market.
