If we were to go back into selling real estate, we would market by doing what the average agent does not do...answer our calls, return emails and show up on time, we would have a drop dead gorgeous web site, write blogs with a strategy, and schmooze with real people.. We could easily find ourselves beginning to dominate niche market withing 6 months, just by doing that. Starting new hyperlocal market reports for a 55+ community. Who knows how long before I see results, but I'll keep at it for a year at least.
A few things.
There is a HUGE shortage of listings, so contacting more potential sellers.
So far this year I have been trying Facebook Boosted Posts. Also working on learning more about this type of marketing. I did one post so far and had many clicks and 1 share, but not any responses or questions about it. So I will tweek things a little and see if I can get bigger responses.

I am starting to use KWKLY and expect real results within 90 days. I am just now getting my signs out.
Doing some adjusting on my web site. May take as long as 6months to see results.
My very new thing is: Instagram. I'm not sure when I get any business from there, but I'm surely getting a lot of followers.
Trying out joint farming with a realtor to a neighborhood with postcards.
Pursuant to the laws of our land, I am now conducting a full review of the marketing.
nothing new this year....if it's still working from previous years, I'm not reinventing the wheel....
Adding activity to 'change my audience' by leveraging existing collateral and accelerating engagement with collaborating organizations and businesses. The measure of secondary responses is extremely positive, however, I have not perfected the conversion invitation. Since this is face-to-face the responses will be immediate...when I get it right.
I'm staying the course.
