I believe that is a decision only the owner of the property can make. There are so many variables, too many to list here, that must be considered.

From my experience selling real estate, I think the best time to sell might depend on what part of the country and world you live.

In the United States if the market is not suppressed I have always found the best time to list and or sell would be between Jan & April.
