It's always a good time to sell or buy real estate. God isn't creating any more land. Thus, real estate is always a sure shot. Depending on your particular market, it may not behoove you to buy real estate as an asset class, as you may not get a very large ROI, but if you're looking to buy and hold, or perhaps even build memories, it's a great investment.
