Good morning Paul. Actually, I'm not sure, but based on your suggestion, I will.
How is the recovery process going?

Not something I have ever investigated. I highly doubt being under a doctor's care would be an exemption.

You mean like for pain for a knee surjury right? Good question, I don't know. In fact, I don't know when I read my E&O insurance.

I follow doctors orders and do not work when I am not well. Fortunately I have not had to take narcotics.

Since I don't take any medications, I have just never thought about this but it is a good question. I am guessing if the insurance carrier feels someone is impaired by drugs or medications, that could be problematic for the agent.

Good question to ask your board's lawyer or the insurance carrier. The usual language excludes conditions of impaired judgment so you might be at risk.

I thought real estate agents were all very health conscious....no smoking, drinking or participating in any drug consumption....always focused on business and health.... so, why do we need to check??????????????
