There are plenty of people who want to call, not email. The phone number should be obvious...and please pick up when people call!

I'm not one of those.   My phone number, address, email etc., etc. is everywhere.   That's how I meet a large number of my clients; they contact me.   I've even been told I overdo it sometimes but they need my help and I need their business.   Hello, can we talk ?

I too find it frustrating but it is definitely easier to find a phone number for a business.

It is very irritating to only have email to communicate through, or worse yet, the most frequently q & a's. If you can't find an answer there you are stuck.

Phone numbers should be private.  UNLESS they are for a business, or for a business person.  Why would that business make it difficult to find their phone number?

I think many are now removing their phone numbers and direct email, and going thru a form, so no one has it.  It is frustrating!  

I find it extremely frustrating.  It's a bit like saying "I want your business but I want it on my terms."

Sometimes. Even if you do find the number, say for customer service, good luck getting through. Finding prospect names can be a challenge. I often feel like a little detective.

frustrating how most websites do not allow anyway to contact other than filling in a form, and many of them compound the issue by making you fill in a captcha form.

I like those with an email address and a phone number.

 It's always best to make your phone number obvious on all marketing.

I usually don't have trouble finding phone numbers for people. But it is more common for me to search through pages on the web to get the number for customer service in companies. Frustrating!

I never had problems to find a phone, but often have troubles to reach a live person by calling it. 

this is the worst and most common mistake of any website.

I only call people who have invited me to call or my friends.  I don't have to find those numbers.

So many web sites don't even have phone numbers! 

It is very difficult most days to find someone's phone number or email.  Makes it easier for me to get their leads!

I am also frustrated with that and find more and more pages just want you to email and then wait for a call.

If it does not show up in Google it's not there.

I swear they bury the phone on purpose.  I prefer to phone also but have a very hard time finding the phone number or sometimes impossible to find.

I never find the phone numbers I need. . .

I had that problem just yesterday... trying to find a phone number.  They hide behind a contact form, requesting my number but won't display theirs.  What's that all about?    Ugh!

It's easier to send them an email asking them to call you.  

It's very hard these days to track down a phone number.

Some site operators don't want you to contact them by phone.

It really bothers me when it a service i pay for and they hide their phone number.
