Deanna,
Google is not known for their customer service or their humans who actually pick up the phone to help other humans...I would just open another account. A

I appreciate all the insights and ideas but let me add this one point.
If I had only forgotten a password, I could simply hit the "Forgot Password" button and they would send me a reset to the associated phone number, email or Gmail for the site. The problem is all of those were disconnected in 2014 when I closed my previous office so that option is void.
Keep trying though, I know some ActiveRainer out there has a Google contact that can get me in. If they will just get me into the old profile, I can easily update it to the current information with a new password.

I would talk to the people from your old company that have access to your old email.

Good luck, I tried to contact them a few months ago, and gave up after a half day of trying.

I'd try looking through G+'s help page: https://support.google.com/plus/?hl=en#topic=6320376 to see if there is any contact number/email there. Other than that, I'm on the create a new account idea as well.

Ugh, isn't technology fun?
Keep in mind that when we die or become incompetent our heirs need our login & password for almost everything.
Good luck Deanna Early

There is no human at G+. You will not be able to make changes unless you get that password from an email acct that you used. If you can't, your SOL & just have to open a new account.
They verify address & phone #'s don't forget so that is part of the problem also.

Sorry to hear that, but I think it's next to impossible to get a human there Maybe you can find a google account on there and tag someone who works at google.
You may just need to set up a new account.

You are trapped. I think it would probably be easier to change your name, just joking. Best of luck.
