I have an old Google Plus account that lists me with my former employer. It had the old company password through the old company phone line and I can't get to it to update it. I need help !

I appreciate all the insights and ideas but let me add this one point.

If I had only forgotten a password, I could simply hit the "Forgot Password" button and they would send me a reset to the associated phone number, email or Gmail for the site. The problem is all of those were disconnected in 2014 when I closed my previous office so that option is void.

Keep trying though, I know some ActiveRainer out there has a Google contact that can get me in. If they will just get me into the old profile, I can easily update it to the current information with a new password.

There is no human at G+. You will not be able to make changes unless you get that password from an email acct that you used. If you can't, your SOL & just have to open a new account.

They verify address & phone #'s don't forget so that is part of the problem also.

Sorry to hear that, but I think it's next to impossible to get a human there Maybe you can find a google account on there and tag someone who works at google.

You may just need to set up a new account.
