About 75:25, listings to buyers

Mostly sellers.

2015 I had slightly more buyers than sellers.

60% listings and 40% sales. I transitioned to this split about 15 years ago.

Last year it was 50/50

65% Buyers 35% Sellers.  It would be great to reverse this though.

Probably 80% list, 20% buyers

About 50/50.  I've brought buyers to most of my listings and for the ones I've not, I've picked up buyers.

90% listings ... 10% buyers.  I work with buyers if referred to me or past clients.

95% sellers and 5% buyers....and the buyers are usually our sellers who are relocating locally.... a very small percentage of buyers call us and do not have a buyer's agent....we always ask and recommend that.... on occasion, they don't care to get one....go figure!!!

Mine works out to 40% listing and 60% buyer's and mostly because most of the listing agents in the office do not like working with buyer's so they send them to me.

2015 7 Sellers, 12 Buyers.

2016 closed or under contract, 1 Seller, 4 buyers

Blogging is bringing us buyers, but not so much on the seller side.  2 of the four buyers for 2016 are new construction patio homes, a niche we're pushing more.

Still trying to crack that nut of using blogging to get more sellers.

Lately more in favor of buyers, but traditionally 80% sellers!

It varies each year, right now in first quarter 2016 I'm 67% listings and 33% buyers. But, for example in 2015, I was almost literally 50%/50% in my closings.

70/30 - I am trying to focus on listings but I have decided to work any personal referrals myself and to admit that I need to tap into the I side of my personality occasionally - I am almost all D when I am working listings but I miss the I part of life occasionally

30/70.  Lots of buyers 

Last year it was 2 listings sold to one buyer sold.2:1.
