If the HV lead has no real name I send 'privelede of membership' information.
If name and no address I send 'benefits of membership' information.
If name, address but no telephone I start adding value with urgency and add direct mail..
When phone number appears, I call.

After receiving a lead, my best follow-up method is this:
Verbally contact the lead as soon as possible. We know they are shopping around so sooner is better than later. In addition to this I send them a text letting them know how I can help them. If I am unable to talk to them or I do not receive a reply to my text (after 5 attempts) I add them to my CRM and put them on a follow-up plan.

I call them as soon as possible to ask them about their experience on the site. Then move on to selling. If they are interested in selling then I set the appointment. If they are a pipeline customer then they go into my auto crm and I also import them to a seller pipeline that I created in Mail Chimp which I send out cool videos with once a month.
