Lead generation tops the list!

Time - not enough of it to get everything done.

Fighting the city on impact fees that would cost builders $3700 per lot.

Lack of inventory.

The inventory is shocking low..I'm focusing on listings..its tough to find homes for buyers. Not impossible but exasperating.

The weather/time of year.  Things will be much better in the spring.  We are getting very close.

 Were are in a oil field related area, things are very slow.

Lead generation and it seems that I am currently doing deals with agents that are out of touch with reality.

Best to keep my focus on opportunities.

Good morning Michael. I would add another loan officer, have interview a number of them, but wouldn't hire any of them.

Generating buyer leads that are not credit challenged.  Getting a listing.

Due to low inventory, an increase of agents are looking out for themselves and not working toward representing their clients.

Currently, my biggest challenge is some idiot or idiots calling from out of the country on our main phone line making it unusable.
