I have a vendor list, for 15 years. I give them out as needed. Not on my website for many years.

I have home inspector lists and will give other vendors names out based on the scope of work and expertise required.

Our office has several.  While we can recommend an inspector, lender, etc.  We always make sure the client knows it's their choice.

I have no idea what agents have vendor lists. I have my personal list of vendors I recommend to my clients.

Good morning Ariane. I have 122 referral partners, I work very hard to send business to all of them or introduce them to others that can.

Ariane Taylor I do have a very short list - and I also have list from our market center - together, it works.

My vendor list is a combined list of vendors my companies other agents have had their clients use with great results, and my own clients have used. We actually discuss, or email to our broker if there are issues, or to the contrary, someone we feel should be added. 

Its a great plus for my clients.

Roger has a 'List of Vendors', though it is not on our website.  It would be the same vendors for both Buyers and Sellers Ariane Taylor.  His List includes more than one company in any particular trade, and these are companies that he know and trusts to refer to others.

I do and it's a starting place for buyers and sellers. I don't recommend anyone on the list. It's just a list my office keeps. Of course we have worked with the people on the list. We are just trying to avoid liability by not recommending any certain individual.

In our state, we are required to confirm licensing before making recommendations.

This year one of my vendors did not do a great job for a client, and caused more expense for them.   

I have a couple lists.  One for lenders, one for inspectors and one for appraisers.  Depending on the client's need, they get the specific list.  I don't adverstise any on my site, so as not to offend any others.

I do not put my vendors on my website. My list is in my database. I provide on an as needed basis. 

Most agents have one.  May take a few years to come up with a good list, but borrowing is not a bad idea to start. 

I give my clients information as they ask for it. I don't have one written up though.
