It takes time to answer a survey, and the prize is a big maybe of a $100 Visa Card, and just four is not an attractive prize.  The only survey we will answer is for our car dealership, and service.  I do not get a prize.  They take excellent care of us each and every time.  

If I took time to do all the survey hoping to win something, I would have to spend 3 hours daily...I would rather go to the beach, my yoga class and out to lunch...much more rewarding and healthy.  A

I used to enjoy voicing my opinion via survey, but not today.  

Maybe ActiveRain should conduct survey.  

I get these about once a year.  NAR will then publish the results.

I didn't bother with it, my time is more valuable than that.

This is a personal decision for you.

Fred - You have to pick and choose where you think answering a survey will do the most good, or make the most change. I am not sure this survey by NAR will change much.

I got the link last week and didn't respond, then got the same thing this week.  I went ahead and took the time, but don't think it was worth it.  

I'm not sure if I received this one or if I deleted it.   Sometimes I complete, others I don't.  The prize is typically not an important factor -- time is.

I got it too and was too busy to take the survey. They always take longer than they say they will. I may check it out later the week.

I have received this one but not enough hours in the day..it is a low priority.

Unless this is a new one, I completed it, but do not remember what there was more than my opinion of my real estate market. I got it a couple of months ago.

They send out various surveys several times a year. Some are shorter than others. Some give you some immediate rewards for publications from the NAR store to download for which you would normally have to pay. I don't usually mind doing them unless they get too detailed and take up too much of my time.

I got it too, and I deleted it. Unless they are paying me for my time, not happening.

I answered a recent survey. It didn't take long. I have never won any of those 50- $100.00 gift or gas cards they offer for taking the surveys.

There are so many surveys... have not seen this one.

 I do at least a monthly market conditions report for NAR monthly and also on others. I also contribute to the Kansas City federal Reserve Beighr Book. I receive valuable information in return and I don't care about an award.

We do not do surveys. Too much of a chance of follow-up spam emails, etc.

Too many survey requests these days. Like you I do participate when my board surveys re: possible changes to contract language, etc. Those surveys might actually impact me but otherwise who has time for all these requests?

I've received these... it's a question of how badly you want a chance to win $100 and spend time answering questions.
