I start my day as it is great and continue from there

I once met a client for the first time after the morning from hell - including a flat tire as I left my house to show a house.  My brother drove me to meet him in an old beater pickup truck, and when I met the new buyer, I realized that he had gotten to the neighborhood via public transportation.  He gave me a great big smile and said, "Darlin', your day is about to get much better!" And it did.  He turned out to be great to work with, and now when I'm having a really shitty day, it's like a miniature version of him sitting on my shoulder sending that same message into my ear!

We have great days that just come along and we make plans that might lead to great days.  When one is fortunate to have married their best friend they end up with more great days than most people.

I can't take credit. But all days are great days.

Of course, I make my days  what they are and all that is happening is usually a product of my thoughts and actions. 

Corey Roberts we all have good days and challenging days. It's up to us to come our of those challenging days sooner!

Both.  Some days I'm more active in making them great, other days I let the greatness come to me because I attract it.

I'm a positive person. All days start off great and usually stay that way. Even in the heat of the moment when there are issues with buyers, sellers or other agents, I rise up to the challenge. I love that. I get a charge out of that. 

I had a great day today with not much to report. Although I did reconnect with another dog owner at the local track and had fun with my dog in this spring like weather we are having. Both Lucky and I had an awesome time. It was a great day. 

I always have great day even when I do not want to get out of bed.

Corey - A little of both. Sometimes something happens so that I can have a great day, and other times I make something happen so I have a great day.

Sometimes I make the day great, and sometimes my clients make it a great day, depending on what is happening.
