I do the listing presentation in the home that way I can tour the home and get familiar with the layout. The homeowner will feel like you really are interested in learning about the house. When you do the presentation in the office it feels a bit robotic and the sellers can get really board.

We have always done Listing Presentations at the Seller's home (in the traditional way) - as we want to see the condition of the home, and what may need to be done, before it is listed Jeff Dowler CRS. I think it is a good way to build casual rapport with a client, in the atmosphere where they are the most comfortable, outside of the fact that most of our clients are elderly, and it is more convenient for them.
