Not sure if I would call that more accomplished, but working more efficiently at what you do best - buying and selling.    The assistant can do the paperwork.

I have one...After the initial training on how I like things done, it has been very beneficial for me. I can concentrate on my clients and their needs without getting overwhelmed because I have that little bit of extra help!

No.  I prefer to run my business without one. It works for me. I'm not trying to break any records with sales ... and I like the hands on in my business.

It depends.  I can find myself quite accomplished when I have the right attitude and skills.

It's important if you work in an office that does not have a support staff, especially if you have a "team" business model.

I have a tech assistant and she helps me out tremendously.

Maybe not.  I like things done in a certain way, and I would spend too much time redoing their work.  OMG!  I just realized I'm OCD!

TOTALLY-I have 2 and could not do what I do without them. On the plus side they do all the stuff I don't like to do!

It depends on what you mean by "more accomplished".

I am sure I would be able to do more business, but not sure that equates to more accomplished.  I like doing it myself, I know it gets done correctly, and on time.   If I did much more business (to be fair I should have one now) I would need one.   But opinions vary.

I used to have one and she was great. She had twins and quit on me. It is worth it if you can make use of the person time and do not have to train them. I now work way more hours but that is ok.

I handle my own files because then I know that everything will be handled the way I want.

When I have a transaction with an agent that has an assistant, typically the transaction does not go as smoothly. On a rare occasion, the assistant is really good, but that is not the norm.

I don't see how having an assistant makes anyone more accomplished...

Maybe.  But, I don't have one and really don't know.

It definitely helps periodically when I have the extra work. The challenge is delegating more of what someone else can do rather than me

Thank God I have a great assistant, she keeps my marketing on track.

I have one I rarely really need - she does more good working with buyers than helping me with my stuff. When my office was larger, I did have another who helped with marketing, SEO, paperwork, etc. It still had a point of diminishing returns, because in the time it takes me to train for the task, I can do the task myself and stick the landing. If my office was huge, and I oversaw a lot of agents, then I would say yes, it would help.

Each of our offices has one Monday through Saturday and it alleviates calling for approvals and having a second set of eyes checking the paperwork.

No.  I don't have enough for them to do.

Yes, especially for general follow ups and social media or blogging tasks.

Having personal assistants allowed me to be much more productive. The can answer the phones, respond to email and make entries in the database.
