I send personal notes, but I don't count them. I send them (a) as I need to and (b) as the spirit moves me to do so.

Handwritten notes have long been a passion. Never can write enough! 

Yes I send personal notes fairly often and trying to increase that. Usually at least 5 per week on average and for a variety of reasons

Yes we send personal notes several times during the year.

I send a minimum of two each day and they also could be clients that send referral's, birthay's etc.

My coach laid down a Monday challenge for me next week; Win My Week on Monday; yep...get the entire week's worth of calls, notes & popbys done in one day! 3 people have accomplished it so far out of about 65.

The latter being the priority and easiest to create and send.

Not enough, that is one of the things I'm working on in my business plan for 2016.

20 a week. Holiday cards- not the usual ones- I send Valentines and Halloween cards

I send personal notes immediately after I hear of a client's good news or a celebration. I also send $10 starbuck gift cards just because. I do this randomly with a just thinking of you card. I have no idea how many I send out because its not scheduled. All I can say is that my SOI list provides me with many clients and repeat business so I must be doing something right.

I have been slowly incorporating this time honored tradition into my business relationships.  Sure it stands out in the crowd which is beneficial but it is a great way to connect, and show people they are worth that extra bit of time.

I sent lots of them during my active years in the business. It is good to have a stack on note cards at your desk.

Not many, and not enough, Praful Thakkar.  That should be a Resolution for me personally, as I can certainly do some every day, and why not - who doesn't love that personal touch (I know I appreciate getting one!).  Thanks for the reminder!!

Praful, we try to do daily handwritten notes. There is alwasy someone to express gratitude to.

I do send personal notes.  I know how much I like getting "real" mail so... do unto others.  The volume changes based upon what's happening but I send them at significant times -- first meeting, under contract, "big" family event,  receipt of a referral.  I sent a 20+ pile of Valentine's Day cards last evening.

 We send a personal note and a thank you card for every transaction that we do.

I do not have a set number or goal I set to reach.  I send personal notes when required.

0.  Not a writing things kinda guy.  Email yes, but I have an engineer mind and that means my handwriting makes a doctor's look legible.
