Only he can answer that, but seems like he can still play and might decide to continue in the league.

He should do what he thinks is right.  Easy for us to judge.  However, majority of us can't even imagine the drive and determination he has had to maintain for his level of success.  As a football fan, it is clear to me phyiscally he should retire but he needs to do what he wants to do.   I would have to think, after his Hall of Fame career, retiring and spending some time with his family would have to be looking good right about now.

I think he could get another job but not with Elway and the Denver Broncos.  I've heard the L. A. Rams might want him for a year.  He'll retire now that he doesn't have to look up to Eli and his 2 rings.

If I was in his shoes, with being benched for a good chunk of the season due to injury, I would want to go out on a high note.  Winning my second superbowl, breaking the record for most wins in a career... this is a high note.  I would certainly give it serious thought if it were me.

As a football fan, I would like to see him go out on top.  As a Raider fan, I need Denver to  be less of a competitior, so the Raiders can be in the playoffs.

No, they should leave the guy alone. Just because he's 'x' age doesn't mean he should retire. Besides, any attention on him took away attention of the great job the team did.
