Paper calender and the calender on my laptop which I live by. Everything gets put into my Outlook calendar!!!

Both. I maintain the official paper social calendar, as Dave calls it, and each of us has a smart phone.  Periodically we meet the calendar to coordinate our schedules.

I use my IPhone mainly with 2 alerts for every appointment.  I also use a paper calendar for events that happen yearly.

Google Calendar.  Notifications, ability to invite others easily and most importantly the "Leave by XX:XX to arrive at _______ on time" alert.

I have always used an appointment book. Old habit.

I use a paper calendar. I have enough room on it to plan my day and its a visual to me when I am on the phone making appointments.

Both.  Paper calendar is the master.  Phone calendar is for scheduling things when on the road.

I am still very much a Daytimer girl, although I keep my calendar in Outlook so it's on my computer, iPhone and iPad. 

I use iPhone calendar. My phone is always on me so that's where I put it all in one place.

Will Hamm I use an iPad app called DejaOffice. It's a free CRM that has a lot of capability and will sync with my laptop database.
