Spending time reading & answering dumb questions.

Now this is a new question!  I'd have to say when random untrained people advise a client and they take that person's idea over yours... and it kills the deal or harms the client in some (non physical) way.

Time wasters and people that don't tell the truth..

Arrogant no it all customers.

Untruthful people; whether it is a Seller, Buyer, lender...lying creates a waste of time....

The same thing I enjoy most - people.

Just people that suck instead of people who are awesome.
They can cross back and forth at times.

Dealing with cash buyers who low balls and want to be treated like Trump.

least favorite:  when the young couple loves the new home and the parents cut it to shreds because it's not built as their 1965 home is built!!!!

Clients who won't take professional advice because they don't like the answer or because you don't agree with them. "Everyone gets their closing costs paid, my cousin told me to list for more than I want, my neighbor told me not to pay full price for a house..." and on and on. That's great if it makes you an expert, but then don't waste my time!

The inability to completely turn the business off from time to time.

Definately people thats not honest in this field.

Dealing with people that think they know everything is the worst for me.   

Rude people. 

Control freak agents!  You can not control everuthing.

Rude customers or clients.  I know that is a subjective answer, because what I consider rude someone else might be fine with.  And, people that 'seem to know it all' is never a pleasant trait - HA! - Nik De. 

Nik De This would be a great business, if you just didn't have to deal with people.

Clients their relatives and friends who don't know what they don't know and make any transaction more difficult.

Deception ... but that is a people issue ... not exclusive to real estate.

Anyone who fails to be honest...happens in all aspects of life so it is not unusual!

What I enjoy least, hmmmmmm,

"Cold coffee. Get caught in the 80% that is 'in the business' and the coffee gets cold.

Second least favorite, explaining why people will not overlook that kennel smell.

I'd say the bad days, angry unreasonable clients.  Other than that I love it.

Feeling that I have to sell myself rather than a product.

The egos and acrimony. And clients who are in desperate personal and/or financial situations.

The egos and public deception in marketing are my two pet peeves.
