Good Wednesday morning Inna Ivchenko . No one from the 'rain. Went to a mixer last night and talked to several real estate agents.

Good morning Inna. Attending one of my networking meetings and got two new referrals. Did two mortgage applications, both clients I had not worked with before.

Inna Ivchenko couple of new buyers - both first time home buyers and should work together to help them realize their dreams.

Most of my day was spent with clients building a $650,000+house working on their interior selections. But I did speak with two internet leads before I met my clients.

My wife and my first cup of coffee....and oh yes...the intrepid peanut hunter to comes to visit at first light!  He is never disappointed!

Since it's 5AM as I write this and I'm alone -- no one yet.

Yesterday, I met a couple for the first time who contacted me through my blogging efforts.   

I acquainted a new buyer from Wayzara MN to the la Jolla condo market.  

Buyers that I have been talking to over the phone and finally got to meet with them!

Had a walk thru on new construction, had lots of good conversation with my clients, who I worked with on many other transactions.

My dog, my wife, a buyer, a seller and a spam call. 

Does the grocery store personnel count?  We have very friendly staff at local store.

Lots of family arrived at our house to greet our Marine grandson & girlfriend who are home on leave.

A bit early still for getting out there, but it will be a very busy day with dozens of conversations around town.

Jamel and I engaged in conversation for nearly two hours. He is my 'go to' when 'File to large' appeared when submitting the contract to doc-u-sign.

System definition states I have 'UNLIMITED' file size service.

Jamel, instructs me to use CompressPDF.com to solve problem.

After two hours on the phone I needed to move on.....knowing I've got a problem behind the curtain that will bite me when I least need that interference.

Do you think this work around will eventually become a FEATURE?

No one, got an early start before anyone has arrived in the office.

I met a great new customer who is super nice.  He and his girlfriend just bought their first place (a co-op) and we are now doing their floors on Monday.
