I personally would not. It's really challenging here because of limited acreage for sale and the high costs of land. You really have to have patience, and do your due diligence. But for the right situation and person, it could be worth it

Land is the culprit here. You can build new, but the land in the areas that people want to live is very expensive, so the home is once completed.

For the cheaper land, you have to have too much of it (acreage), and too far out of Louisville in many clients eyes.
