I did a year end review of 2015 and saw modest gains in price and sales of 2% compared to 2014. I expect the same this year. The Midwest does not have big price fluctuations like other parts of the country.

We are low on inventory again this year, and last year was not the best even then. Not sure of what the year will bring, a lot of uncertainty in the markets it seems, but I look at the long-view, so not overly concerned.
