We all learn and digest information differently and at a different pace.... patience is truly a virtue (especially for someone like me who "gets it fast" and is not patient. However I don't judge others, I just have to sit on my hands a bit.)

Absolutely Richie, when someone is struggling it should be our signal to lend a helping hand rather than a critical word.

Oh, YES.  I continue to get the lessons in life. We just never know what someone else is dealing with. We need to be patient, kind, understanding and just choose love.

Yes.  Also consider each state and MLS rules are different, which can dictate how we can conduct business.

I try to be very patient but also to be very helpful. I’m always willing to spend a little time to help a serious seeker / learner.
