I know an agent worked at Linkedin as a PM. He lectures and charge fees for teaching LI.    But he does not get leads from Linkedin.

As it turns out I found out he came from a big family has lots of relatives and friends who need housing. When someone getting a divorce he is busy.

I have 80 people want join my account, I do not want them to sell me something I can not use.  I love to close my account.

It's an effective part of my weekly networking, I use it at face to face meetings a lot to get & give referrals through the custom search tool; it's a great tool for that and we both leave the meeting with multiple leads, which makes meeting for coffee more dynamic.

Yes, and I have been increasing use of it, and even testing blogging on it.

I use Linkedin and most often it is being used to post my Activerain Blog posts.  I connect with other Realtors and real estate professionals daily.  It helps to make me searchable and shows a social presence to those that search online.  Note that above this post there's a link to Linked, there's a reason.

I teach LinkedIn to Real Estate agents several times a month. It's actually a great tool for finding qualified leads. It just has a reputation for being a place to park your resume. In the past 3 years it's become a much better place to connect, engage, and prospect.

I'm on there. Feel free to send a connection request. I will honor it, but I don't use linkedIn much. It's on my bucket list to get more active there. I just don't have time.

Yes, and yes.  I have gotten more business from Linkedin than Facebook.

I do and quite a few of my clients follow my posts there and often comment back. I don't use it to prospect. I use it to keep top of mind awareness with people who know me, especially past clients.
