As long as you have a good call to action.  Some say home valuation offers don't work anymore, but you could try that.  How about giving a way a guide to selling your home for more money?

Fred,

I have heard Pros and Cons on this.  You have to test it for your market?

I've heard the "Paperless Agents" people in Dallas use FB with great results.  I think guides are going to be most effective compared to valuation sites.  No reason for someone to go to your site over zillow.

It works for alot of different things I would do this now. It is getting popular. you could corner the market. Narrow it down to what you want. It is geared toward what people like. What their interests are and if they are clicking on other things like this. It is one of the cheaper routes with the most bang for your buck. Like postcards you can't just do it once. Also do certain times of the day for example I generally see the most activity from 8-10am. 12-1 pm and 5:30-8. from my area.

Good morning Fred. A few of my Realtor referral partners use the FB dark pages for campaigns on a pretty regular basis, they must work as I'm sure they wouldn't keep doing it.
