DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I would suggest no REALTOR EVER work with this organization... Downpayment.org has the worst customer service, is very unresponsive, inconsiderate and will charge your account even when you ask them to stop. 

I have tried to get a phone call from the company for over 3 months, have made over 15 phone calls, sent over a dozen emails and even left voice mails with NAEA and anywhere else, NO 1 PHONE CALL. 

When you talk to customer service if you have the slightest question outside of their little box they claim they will have someone call you back. They never will - EVER...

You can ask for their Manager, they are very nice "please hold" you wait about 1 min them they hang up on you. 

We have file complaints (here in Calif) with CAR, DRE, however, we know these organizations do not regulate internet marketing. Our next step this week is to file a complaint with the FTC not sure how far that will go. 

We have filed a CIVIL Court case locally but it will take months to resolve since they are not in California.

I listened to a webinar they did just this past week. There was a lot of hype but not a lot of substance a lot of this sounded like rehashed and overlapping combination of old programs heard things that reminded me of some training I have had at KW it also sounded a bit like some of the never ending buy up systems offered by C raig Pro ter (misspelled intentional).

They want $18,000 a year but they are so kind that they will break that down to monthly payments (I heard no guarantees of results or anything else at all) and I did ask via text if they offered guarantees but got no reply. The closest thing I heard on the webinar to a guarantee was when they said you "Should" be able to recoup the costs of the $18k in about 4 months. However they also made it clear that in order to implement their system you are also going to have to spend a fair amount of money on online advertising from the webinar it sounds like mainly Facebook advertising. It sounded like that is going to cost at least another $1,000 a month or more. While I might consider something if they were paid based on results only the feeling I got from the webinar was they are long on promises but I didn't hear any substance that would make me want to risk $180 let alone $18,000. I would love to hear from anyone who has had any actual experience with them. I did see a few Ripoff Reports on this system as well.
