For my website Paradise4Gringos.com. I am in the process of completely redoing it and should be finished soon.  It is primarily for real estate consulting so I am increasing interaction with blogs that are geared to people who could use my services  --- real estate agents and people who are interested in Latin America.  I am leaving comments with the link to my site.  I am spending a lot of time on my comments to make them valuable and hoping to create interest in what I am doing so that others will look at my site.  I also will do some guest posting with the same goal.

Anthony,  There are dozens of ways to drive traffic to a website.  What I would never do, though, is BUY traffic.  I always want to drive potential clients to my site, not pad my traffic numbers.  This can be done in dozens of different ways, depending on your category.  

Blogging is the best long term strategy for getting clients.  There are many short term strategies... like putting your web address on every bit of communication. When I was an active agent, I even included a little (bright yellow) insert with all my bills that said:  "For current Wenatchee real estate news, info and trends, visit my website at..."  

The possibilities are endless.  But, I repeat,  never pay for traffic.

Driving traffic to your website is easy through SEO, Goolge Plus etc....What they find when they get there is far, far more important...
