I have a real live voice answer the phone. I have a retiree who does a wonderful job.

I am not familiar with these services.

I had to smile.  Didn't know there were any of these outfits left.

I have not used any of these.

I have free voice mail so I'm good with that.

I like voice mail, but I usually answer my phone.  I am all about customer service and I don't mind calls at any reasonable hour.

No ... I would not use a service like that. I use voice mail. It works for me.

I would prefer to simply use voice mail. 

Our office has a system to notify agents by email when there is a voice mail message.

I've received phone calls from services that brokers have used on a trial basis. I don't know the name of the service that was used.  They've been recruiting calls, so I understand the situation is a bit different.

Both companies falsely told the brokers that I was interested in learning more about the company, etc.

I'd be a little concerned about the accuracy of the information conveyed.  I'd rather let it go to voice mail, call back and speak directly with the person. 

Having had some difficult situations with several of these types of conpanies, we prefer to answer our own calls and have a steady handle on our business...

I don't feel the need to have such a service.  Though, I'm guessing they should all do an admirable job.

Google voice does a nice job of catching all my calls.

I answer my own phone.  Weird, huh?
