 Emphatically no! If anything, I work longer hours as I worked on the marketing aspects.

Well, not winter hours in there, but if it is rainy....I might be more disoriented than usually.

Not really, and frankly we don't pay attention to time.  When we start getting grouchy, we know it is time for a break. LOL A

I tend to work later in the day/evening in the summer but get up much earlier in the winter so that by evening I can (hopefully) shut it off and spend time in front of the fireplace with a good book.  At least some of the time.

No I don't. Our weather does allow us to work like the rest of the months.

I believe winter slow down is 'created' by agents more than it is reality.  My hours remain much the same although showing availability much smaller window.  Mark

Paul - I am always working the same hours. If I am not working with clients, I am working on my website, SEO, prospecting, marketing, etc. There is always something to do in real estate.

No, I work about the same all year around.

Soon as daylight savings time ends, it is so dark, buyers do not want to view homes.  Still have a few night listing appointments, but it is also slower this time of year.   I spend those free hours marketing.

No, generally I work 12 hours a day ... M through Friday and about 8-10 on the weekend ... except of course when I am not working ... taking a day or afternoon off.

I work shorter hours on the real estate now but have plenty to fill the extra time

Only on days I have to spend some time shoveling snow, like today.

7am-3pm M-F, closed weekends and holidays except by appointment.  Year round

The job role might change but the hours dont.... if your not showing and closing your looking for someone to show a house to or market a house for.... 

Absolutely!  Nine months out of the year we're putting in 50 - 60 + hours a week.  When it slows down over the holidays, we enjoy that we've created a successful business and can slow down a bit.  

We normally get a lot of snow up here so the market really slows down.  We take advantage of it!

Fewer daylight hours means evening activity will not include showing real estate.

Without sunshine is just seems I am working longer hours therefore rarely benefiting from a walk in the sunshine.
