I gave them $12,400 Nov 2015 which included a farm of 2,020 and the top 20% is o.  January will be 405.  The top 20% receives handwritten letters.  I had 4 come in to the smartzip portal in December for home valuations.  I also mailed to all 2,020 in November and one respondent called to go look at moveup homes.  They have two properties to sell in the future and moveup. January will be my second month too soon to tell, plus over the holidays.  I did it purposely though so by February March I'd be top of mind.  Also agreed to their Facebook ads within the system.

From what I have heard from others, it is good for brand recognition, not for concrete leads.  I contacted them for information, not they won't let me go.  Constant calls and emails.

I have heard about it previously but no knowledge of how good it is or is not. I have seen several people ask about it in a couple of RE groups I am in on FB and no positive responses so far

For a company that claims to help with targeting leads, it did not start out with a good impression.  I received an email this morning about this product.  However, I am in Canada and the company's products are intended for the US market.  They need to learn how to target their pitches better.

I saw it but like anything that is trying to sell me something I hit delete.
