"Estate", this word is used very inappropriatly here in south Florida. In my world you can't hear your neighbors TV if you live on an estate!

"tastefully appointed"  Whose taste?

I'd venture to guess if the agent is getting $50 million listings they're doing things right : )

Any word that sugar coats a property's negatives furrows my brow.

"in a park like setting" . I see a park as having slides, picnic tables, monkey bars and swings.

a 50 million dollar property better have more to catch the attention of a buyer than 13 foot ceilings....I've had 55+ condos listed for $400,000 with 16' ceilings.... 

That is one word I have to agree with you about, Annette. Never did understand how an inanimate object could "boast." My other "biggie" is "gourmet kitchen."

The word “boasts” in the description is a turn off.

Annette - 'Won't Last' is always a good one, especially if it has been on the market over 90 days. Looks to me like it lasted...

Good morning Annette. The words that always cracks me up when I read it, "Won't last".

I like, "Contracts due by Tuesday, January 5th at 2:00 PM" when it's still in remarks two weeks later.

"Priced to sell"  How else would we want to price something? mark

Mine is a phrase...won't last long. I saw this the other day on a property that has been on the market for 600 days. 

I think one picture is worth a thousand words.  There is only one outside picture in the MLS and the home is listed for $30,000 and the agent starts with....."This is a great deal on this affordable home....."

Stunning.  I want to go postal on anyone who uses that word.

Boasts, has, offers, presents....it does not matter to me. What would you suggest?

I'm just upset the listing doesn't say "Co-Listed with Ryan Huggins"  LOL!!    I gave up trying to make sense of realtor comments in the mls.  We're limited to 1,000 characters here, so sometimes you have to use dumb words to save space.

Its always been interesting to note that Realtors are not necessarily good copywriters. 

boast is a good word...and the many fine appointments throughout...elite entertaining for your guests...

It takes more important things to get me cranked.

Some agents are too sloppy with their property descriptions.

Like Gabe, I laugh when seeing -- hurry, it won't last.   Then you look to see the list date, and it has been a LONG time.  Funny. 

 IMHO, selling a $50 million property need something more than an exhausted agent to verbalize it.
