It's been relatively smooth. We closed on time. The lender thought we could close early, but Wells Fargo loan docs department was backed up with getting those disclosures out - they were running 3 days behind. Good thing we got into their system 5 days early, so we closed on time!

Well since TRID went into effect, I've only had cash closings. Lucky me. Really I'm not being a smart ass. I've gotten lucky that way and haven't had a TRID dealing yet. BTW...TRID is Dirt spelled backwards. I just love pointing that out.
