Yes, but still working on a few parts of the plan.
Yes I do and working on the plan. This is going to be a good year.
yes , Still working on the rest of the Team
Yes, I have developed my business plan and goals for 2016 back in October of 2015 and have kept to my schedule. I also am an instructor for my company. Today I am teaching a "Business Planning" class at 9:30AM.
Did that in late October.
Unfortunately, still a work in progress with many moving parts!
Most of them. My goals list is an ongoing list.
Shannon Ensor - oh yes, couple of months ago. Discussed with my coach, reviesd and already started the year with few referrals.
Yes. I have a goals journal that holds all my goals. I update it regularly. I started 2016 goals back in November.
Hi Shannon Ensor they are in my mind but I didn't write them down. Even downloaded the Tom Ferry business planning kit and have Jack Cotton's. I may complete by the end of January.
Yes and have had it in place for a couple of months because I teach agents how to create business plans - kind of goes with part of my job I guess one could say:)
Process goals and results goals are written down, being worked on and being tracked.
Absolutely. I also have an action plan that I focus spending time on daily.
I have yearly, monthly, weekly and daily goals; along with a work plan for each.
Shannon, I am starting to write down daily goals on a "to do" list and have been reasonably successful so far, for being so late into the New Year! ^_~
ready to go this year
Some, those are short term ones. I will be adjusting them as I go.
No. However, that is a good business practice.
No, I watch my numbers closely, and know where I am at all times, and know what direction I want to go.
I have them right where they need to be.
No, not much into goal writting. Did it for far too long in the corporate world and it was never any value. Skipping it now, doing just fine without it.
(I do have goals though, just not written down)
I am with Tammy Lankford we don't do that. We just "BE" the goal, sort of like "BE" the ball...The Zen approach with a little Zin helps. LOL A
no and I'm not that kind of person. I know what they are and how to acheive them. Writing them down will not help nor hinder that.
I also only balance my checkbook in my head except for once a year as well. And I've never bounced a check.
Nop...... My old office after the initial kick off meeting all missing in action agents return go make appointment with their managing director make their new year resolution.
This brokerage, I have not been inside since picking up the cheque.... No meeting no free tacos either.
