It ALWAYS stops with me. I am not a politician.

Long ago I was told that "Excuses are lies we tell ourselves, that no one else would believe"!

That damn dog really did eat my homework.
And that's my story. Sorry, Fido --- I was under a lot of pressure.
I do not make excuses. I find solutions.
YES, hopefully this comes with business maturity ! But I'm still amazed how quickly many will throw some scapegoat under the bus !!!
Good morning Richie. Yes, the buck stops with me.
Richie Alan Naggar - buck stops with ME - I take the blame for things not going right - however, it does not happen often.
I make it a point that things go right - sometimes I can't help, though and that's when the buck stops with me.
Richie Alan Naggar yes very much so I am very good at taking ownership.
What better place for it to stop?
No excuses Richie.
My problem is that I take too much responsibility. I try to rescue everything. Gonna work on that this year without sacrificing service.
I have found it is easier to just say something went wrong and take the blame and move forward. Clients think you are in clontrol of everything anyway.
Yes if it's to be it's up to me.....or not.
For the most part, it is with me, unless there is eveidence that the other party was neglicgent and I will point that out.
Everything stops with me! No BS no frills no excuses!
"Let me check with my lawyer on that," is probably my only excuse for not answering a dicy question. Otherwise I'm it, an independent real estate broker in California and Hawaii.
It would but... (sorry, couldn't resist)
Yes they end with me and I take responsibility for my own actions.
Like all the answers the buck stops with me; unless it is green then the better half takes it or I see him in the mirror!
If you are the one making the buck then that is where the buck stops.
Richie ... yes, the buck does stop with me. I will get on that bull and ride it until I have resolution to whatever crap was created. I am a no BS kind of gal.
Yes it does if I did something wrong. If not I don't make excuses I give reasons for doing what I did and let the cards fall where they may.
No. And hmm, excuses....don't use them. Unless I am too busy then I can say I forgot to pick up the dog because I am too busy. Works for me, not so much for the dog.
No, it's never my fault. I can always find someone else to take the fall.
Always has and always will.
there are no excuses. there can be reasons. and i out that out there. when explaining others actions..you cannot make people do things when you want...i have to at time, appologize for them, take responsibility and then fire them from future work with us. it is hard to find people who do good work on time
Richie Alan Naggar Excuse my humorous answer.
I read your question so quickly as I sat down at my computer that I thought you wanted to know where the buck stopped.
Immediately I thought of my husband who is in the woods with his bow . . . looking for a buck.
Here is deer from previous year . . .
I really don't understand why people have such a hard time with this. In any situation both parties can either take credit for a win or a loss. A
It ALWAYS stops with me, or I am just contributing to the problem.
