If you are asking about dripping other Realtors, I don't. I hate being dripped myself by other agents, so I don't do it to them. (You can always tell it's a drip.) And then there are those who are in my market and technically competitors who drip me. What is that all about?
If you are asking about a Sphere of Influence in general... I don't do much besides send out my monthly newsletter via email. Otherwise, it's personal mail and phone calls. Past clients also receive a quarterly marketsnapshot for their neighborhood through my Top Producer.

Hey Guys,
Let me rephrase this question, I dont like drip campaigns as well. I meant to say does anybody have a productive system/schedule/strategy that I can use to apply towards staying in touch with my sphere of influence. Yes I agree I hate drip campaigns especially when you can tell they are not written personally by the person sending them.

A consistent email program can be very effective. Keep them posted on your community and the real estate market.

I use the phone and not the mail or social media for past clients!

I hate drip campaigns when I'm on the receiving end, so I don't think there is any such thing as a good one. I'm doing a lot more calling to just say hi.

Sorry, I do not unless you count four contacts per year, phone, in person, newsletter, email.

Wish that I could help you here Joshua, but I am a very poor dripper. You may want to check into some of the services like happy grasshopper, or some of the coaches and software companies have good programs too.

Joshua - Interesting question. I would have thought more people used drip to stay in touch with sphere/prospects. I think there are some out there that you can customize and write your own content, but don't know for sure.

I don't. The answer could be different depending on if you're mailing monthly post cards, etc, or emailing fliers. Many companies will do print and mail like expresscopy, vistaprint, and www.sendsations.com. Other companies combine print and mail with email campaigns. For sphere of influence, you would need to provide the mailing list.

I'm going to bookmark this because I'm interested in looking into a good drip campaign as well.
