Its going to be an amazing year, that's all I know!! 

We are going to have a longer than usual meeting as I need to review marketing plans w/ the team.

I had a full day of work yesterday (Jan 2) a half day today Sunday so by Monday, I already have had a big head start over anyone who has taken time off in this busy market.

new marketing pieces need to be created.... 

No special twists. One foot in front of the other....

I do have a new marketing plan to get expireds that im implementing starting tomorrow. Today I will be in the office putting my mailings etc. together so I can hit the ground running.

Tomorrow will be another great day, not the first work day of the year, but I am sure the phone will be much busier.

My routine works great for me so I’m going to stick to it.

A new year and new goals, so hit the ground running from renters to expires to farm area.

Yes I have two offers to help negotiate and need to find 6 properties for my investor to make offers on.

No twist for me ... rinse and repeat. I've been working every day ... no down time during the holidays ... so I might take a day off at the end of the week ... but please don't tell anyone ... let it be our little secret.  Thank you.

It will be business as usual for me.

I showed a home yesterday, worked on the 1st scheduling the showing and I'm doing an open house today.  Tomorrow is the 4th workday of the year for me!

Not so much a twist, but I'll be keeping a closer eye on what I'm doing throughout the day so that I can improve my efficiency and productivity.

No twist just back to work as usual- but I am happy with my current situation!

Update- showed prop this afternoon and made an offer- good start for another successful year;)

I will be reading another good novel.

I have an improved Miracle Morning routine planned, as I invested in a journal for 2016 specifically to track my work days. I'm resolved to be consistent with the basics; nothing fancy, just proven basics of lead generation. No shiny objects of distraction.

Lots to do to help a buyer prospect narrow the list of homes to see. Some buyers are like 'kids in a candy store'.
