One of the things I've found over the years is that a transaction process list can be very personal and also differ from transaction to transaction.

I use a modified version of the one in my CRM, Top Producer. It keeps me on track.

I have a critical date list and an escrow flow chart. E me with contact info to shoot them over. They can be a blueprint. Nina Hollander is right, though. Just a guide to create what would be a very elastic, fluid document.

Bob Stewart held a contest a few months ago for Brevity, you may find some good checklists in the entries to this.

Jason Gibb it varies from state to state. I do have all my documents that I discuss with the buyers in MA.
Plus ActiveRain has plenty of resource for this.
You can still call me, if you want more....

I track the contingency removal dates and I have a small list of paperwork I have to have in. Other than that, nothing.

sounds like you're using Infusionsoft, or something similar. I've built the transaction workflows in IFS before, feel free to email me and I can tell you the mistakes I've made.
One of the big ones - starting with too much complexity.
Keep the steps simple at first - maybe start with contingency deadlines/milestones only. As you build it, leave 10-20 steps in between each simple step, then add as needed. It's harder to delete than it is to add, messes up the pipeline reports pretty badly and clean up is painful and expensive.

I made my own. I put it in the transaction folder and start checking (in evernote).

We helped several Keller Williams franchises implement SureClose 3rd party vendor) a number of years ago. KW has now migrated to DotLoop - however - as a start - I would take a look at what competitors (3rd party transaction management platforms) are currently offering...

It may be different in different states. It is best to go over all your transactions for last couple of years and see what you learned from them.

I find lots of good information and checklists on Lab Coat Agents on Facebook. They might have what you are looking for there, or at least give you some ideas.

I have mine but it is particualr to my area, lenders and title closers. I really suggest developing your own even if it is through trial and error.

This process not the same in all of the states. There are a number of ActiveRain blogs that include checklists.

I've written my own and incorporated it into Top Producer for a few different types of transactions. It wouldn't do you any good as it is very localized for me.

Like others have said - this varies between States, and you would need to contact agents in your state for this.
