It is said that luck or success is where preparation meets opportunity. I’m working on being better prepared and looking more assertively for opportunities.

My biggest goal is to increase my branding and awareness. I am a new agent, so this is currently my most important part of my business for lead generation. To accomplish this, I will engage in community events to network, create an email drip campaign, blog, and position myself on appropriate social media platforms. Good luck to all in 2016! Let's ring in the new year with success.

I plan to work more from home and more onsite in some of my new construction homes.

Resolutions is stuff you force onto yourself, and when you break them, it's not earth shattering. Even in business, I don't set "goals" because that would LIMIT me or, if I don't attain them, I might feel bad. I just go out there every day and do the best I can for me, my family, and my clients. Best yet, I do what makes me happy and people gravitate towards that. Who wants to be around a grouchy, grumpy, unhappy, pushy person?

I don't make any resolutions but I do set goals.  Have a happy and successful new year!

Mine is to do more postcard mailers to the neighborhoods I like to work.

Jan 1. Resolutions = Feb 1. forgotten wishes & unfulfilled intentions.

Winners are goal-getters, they set written goals. They review their goals daily, as part of their routine.  I have 3 goals in each of the 5 Circles of Life so that means I have 18 goals, because Circle #5 is split in two. Goals!

Sell, Sell, Sell

We have an aggressive marketing strategy focused on lead generation for both buyers and sellers. Our sales goal is the ultimate resolution... so basically get more leads and close them.

I am not making any, throughout teh year i make changes as needed so year end, i keep on keeping on. 

I have a ton that I need to implement to take things to the next level, so one resolution is to work more hours, with a focus on dedicating at least 2 hours per day to specific tasks, uninterrupted.

No resolutions, just goals, the big one being 4 teams in 4 states by years end. Already getting started on 2 of them so the race has began.
