Then, how do you build the branding, marketing that will accomplish that.

You have to know the “what” before the “how.”

If you go with an ad agency that works with other real estate companies, you may find your logo and branding starts to look like others.  An out of the box suggestion is to look on Etsy for free lance designers who may have a fresh outlook.

If you want the best, it is worth searching in your area for the best. 

Melissa Case comes to mind . . . can make anything shiny and is so creative. Has worked with some of the best RE people and knows all the rest of them too.

There are many boutique ad agencies right here in the Valley that can help you out. It's just a matter of interviewing them and finding out if you both click, and if they are equipped (real estate savvy) to help you meet your goals.

I have seen so many professionally designed brands that really do not impress me, reminds me of the emperor who wore no clothes the way people are afraid to tell them that their expensive design sucks.
