Personal satisfaction comes with success.
To me, satisfaction is when I feel very pleased with the outcome of a project or sale.
Depends on the context.
Contentment and a rewarding feeling.
Like Mick Jagger says I can't get none.
Richie Alan Naggar a happiness that can't be described by words is what I'll call Satisfaction.

To be pleased with a result... whether it be personal or professional. Sometimes you can be satisfied even if a result is not perfect. Such as my attempts at painting or drawing. I'm a beginner. Sometimes I am just satisfied by trying.
Richie to me, Satisfaction means, "acceptable, or content with,..fullfilling", it really depends on the context of how it is used to get the most meaningful definition of the word/words.
