It could be they are out of town, many agents are off for the Holidays. Did you call?

I do check my spam. Email my way any time:) I also answer the phone calls/texts too!

Will Hamm I usually get all my AR emails!
May be, you'd call ahead to let them know about referrals and they'll be more attentive.

Will, I think that email is no longer a viable way to receive or deliver important messages. We are just mired in listing spam, and it's better to pick up the phone than to rely on email anymore.

Will,
I guess I should but 99.9% of the time the spam filter is working. I’m getting direct emails from AR members so I assume all is well.

Will Hamm I can check for spam on my ISP server. If it is important, I can usually catch it.

I check it a few times a day. Though, I've run into agents that don't even know about their spam/junk folders.

I check my spam daily, Will Hamm ... I've learned it's a good habit to form. And for just the very reasons (and more) that you mention ...

Every few weeks on my personal account. Rarely anything miscategorized there. I don't have a spam filter on my business account. Wouldn't want an offer to get sent there! That happened to one I sent to an agent with an AOL account two weeks ago... and we were the chosen buyer!

If you ever have a referral for me, please TEXT ME on my cell or call me if I don't respond within an hour max. It is a wild phenomenon that every spammer, scammer and slimeball seems to get past my filters but I do occasionally get disappearing emails from people I DO need to hear from. Fortunately, it rarely happens on my phone (that's how I know I miss stuff!)

I clean up my spam pretty much every day but when I send a referral in the Rain I always call the person.

You might want to give a call to any agents you're considering referring business to so you can make sure they'll be a fit for your clients. Also, it's not as though a phone call can go to a spam folder.
If an agent doesn't respond, that may be all you need to know before moving on to the next.

Use the actual REFERRAL tool on AR. My experience has been, when posted in the AM...nearly instant responses.
As you know, email that does not match a contact does get parked in the discard pile by the mail server.
