I have no idea. I decide where I will market and leave the printing to the printer. They will do design if I ask them but I know what I want and just ask them to execute.

My broker has created an in house Art Department. They do everything from listing photos, brochures, mailers and anything else we need. And the head guy has had tons of training on branding and target marketing.
