I absolutely believe that Localism posts work and have brought me business that I would not have had without them. They are a great way to communicate with your community!

I post on local events as well as real estate.  Branson, MO is a great place to retire, I will be getting that information out.

I do a good amount of local posts.  It's a great way to get your name out there.

Sure and they are fun for me to research and post. I don't much care if anyone even reads them , because for me it is extrmely educational to process the information.

I write Localism posts and definitely feel they work in my branding efforts. Many residents in the community I market read them and will tell me they appreciate I get the word out!

In the past i had been criticized for posting local events, so i left, but now i am back and i see it is an accepted practice. my business is local, my clients are local, so it makes sense.

Localism posts are a great way to reach local people. They have staying power and get your name out there.

I do write those posts, Michael,  But didn't know about these groups. Will check them out.

Good morning Michael. I don't focus on anything local, as my mortgage practice is in 8 states.

I write localism posts. It's one of my staples. I usually post to Area Events and Hyperlocal. I'm not sure that it really has an impact on readership however.

This is a major tenet of our 2016 business plan.  There are only 2 or 3 Realtors in Tallahassee who use this tactic.  The field is wide open!

I post local info on my business facebook page and wrote a few local articles. Didn't know about these groups on AR. 

I am doing less localism posts, as theses are not the ones that make my phone ring.  

Just about everything I post is local related.  Either home values or community events.  Haven't crossposted to groups though.  Will consider it.

I have not yet, but I do plan to start this coming year with those kind of posts.

Considering people are often buying the lifestyle as part of the property, I think it's important to write local posts, but I try to keep them related to real estate and the benefits of living in our area in some way.

I do post a lot of localism posts, but they are seldom posts that are geared towards AR members, rather toward the public, and I am not sure the groups will help much with that.

Yes. I post localisms on a regular basis. I am not a member of these groups.

Writing local articles is not very relevant for my business.  I focus more on my actual business and take a more direct route.  It is a much better use of time.
