Like so many social media opportunities it comes down to return for time spent. I would like to see examples of agents using it well.

I know of agents using it and we were encouraged to also. haven't taken the time to get into it, too many things with a higher priority. Will probably revisit it when we get time.

I think there are quite a few possibilities that can make it viable for our industry although I have yet to try it.  

Jack - I am sure there is a use for it in real estate, but there are so many new apps being created every day, it's difficult to continue looking for the next best thing. I really haven't had time to check out what it could be used for in regards to real estate.

Great app as long as you have a ton of followers or potential clients.

I think it could be a fun thing to connect with your followers.  I haven't done it yet.

I am still experimenting with it, I think it has some great potential and every broadcast I gain a lot of twitter followers. Will it even lead to clients, most likely not, but for brand building it sure is a good thing.

I have only been on there once and it was very awkward to me.

I've heard of it.  My local fire department used it for press releases when they were providing mutual aid to a huge fire up north.  I've heard people talking about how to use it, but I just don't see the value in it.  It won't be in my arsenal anytime soon.

I just read a blog about this last night and I may play with it a bit, but the 24 hour duration thing does make me wonder if it will be worth it.

I just learned about and started using it. It was a friend at a Zac Brown concert that broadcast it, I could see how this would be a great app when someone cant make a showing. 

I don't use that much video, so I haven't really checked it out.

I must lead a sheltered existence since I am not familiar with this app.
