I have not, blogs have a long life though so in the future I hope it works out.
I posted about daffodils in my town and got a call with a promise when she was ready to buy a home she would call me. That was in the spring of this year so still have heard from her.
I get lots of calls on these, most who become clients read a variety of my stuff and eventually call.
I posted a blog years ago on Trulia regarding multilple ways to finance a home purchase and a variety of ways to FIND real estate for sale in Palm Harbor FL.
Currently working with a buyer, who call be because of this post, looking for a horse ranch of more than 10 acres. It is a seven digit objective, not in Palm Harbor.

Many times... Posting about local events gets your name out there and it stays out there. Blogging is a great way to reach new clients
I have not. But I've had people call for more information about the "local" issue I wrote about. I've done posts on companies who will be employing lots of new people and have had calls people thinking I'm an HR director.
I haven't tracked my leads from blogs but have gotten calls from localism posts.

I have not yet, but I'm less than a year old at blogging. Hoping some day. Only have two interests that I can share. Other interests are either not "PC", are too technical or covered by a NDA and I can't discuss them.
