Extreme marketing and promotion, prep, staging.

Any way I can make the seller's experience a good one is on my list. I have painted rooms, helped to declutter spaces, patched up drywall, and powerwashed homes. My listings are all professionally photographed then marketed daily on the internet in a variety of avenues and in the local newpapers. 

Many times we have them to our place for lunch or dinner.  When you're living in a state of keeping the kitchen pristine cooking can be a challenge. 

Above and beyond is relative. Marketing home on sites more than anyone else in my market place, blogging about it, Facebook Exclusive Page for home and advertising on Facebook are just a few.

I challenge the seller to 'match' my marketing strategies to anyone else they meet at listing appointment!

And of course - I care for them and want them to get the best.

I do a lot more than most agents to be totally on top of my market.  I'm sort of old school about previewing in preparation for showing. 

Provide the best customer service and get the job done with as little issues as possbile.

LISTEN, answer texts and calls, video and aerial photography, patience with cleaning and de-cluttering and revisit to take more photos after they are finished, blog about their properties, and bring donuts etc to the kids.
