I'm all for #2 option. Gorgeous! And so "Gone with the Wind!"

Number one gives me a view.  Number two gives me a path, so number two it is for me.

# 2 looks great.

Hands down #2 for me although #1 looks more CA.

For sure the bottom picture #2. I like where the tree lined path appears to have a flower garden at its end. It add p...zaaz to the picture and lets you wonder whats at the end of the path. The new Homes ?

The second photo reminded me of The Avenue of Oaks at the Boone Hall Plantation close to Charleston, South Carolina, which has appeared in some movies and mini-series.  It obviously does not look exactly like it since you have a pathway rather than a long driveway and the look is somewhat different.  In any event, I like it better than the first photo which doesn't look like anything captivating.

I like the second picture better, but I can appreciate Sam Shueh's pragmatic point of view.

I would say #2, from a marketing stand point I think it makes it feel more like a neighborhood you can walk in and enjoy life living in.

Only #2 shows a path, so the choice is clear.

Well 1 appears more rural as 1 appear to be in a city setting. It would depend what tyep of setting the homes are actually in.

I would use #2 as well.

#2 is not desirable from a praticality point. Tree roots will uproot walkway, trip people. Fall over during a storm hiting people or house.  My pick is #1.

I need more details, Mike. What exactly are you going for?

I'd have to say neither...

#1 makes me think California - but a vineyard, not a home community.

#2 makes me think New Orleans - but if that's the style of homes that would be there, then that could work!
