Not going to happen. Think: if someone proposed the department of homeland security before 9-11, they would be treated as a fool spending money recklessly. Same here. It is not broken so they wont fix it. They dont care whether you like it or not

Have FAQ section???

I prefer to treat them as adults and challenge them to understand exactly what they are paying for. 

And of course, I trust everyone understands to provide no useful or actionable responses to augment the curriculum of the Utah School of Real Estate. 

I will give the instructor credit for cleverness. Imagine how much good will they could garner if the instructor raised their hand and showed a fragment of appreciation. Until then, the Utah School of Real Estate is a ungrateful taker and not a giver in any way.

It's interesting reading some of the questions that come in from the students.  It's also pretty clear that the curriculum does very little to prepare them for life on the streets.

I would like to suggest to the instructor that he or she should be answering these questions. I would rather see blogs written by the students.

It is true, the same questions, the same curriculum for years. 

This is rich! Realtors who ask the same questions over and over, lambasting real estate students who ask the same questions over and over.

Oh yes, these questions are so annoying and many repeated over and over again, and many poorly phrased.

Amen, Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA . Yesterday I referred them to the search feature.  There are many articles written here, covering almost all questions they are asking.   If we form a coalition suggesting they use the search feature, they might learn even more!

The questions are getting old, and so is the negative attitude of some people.

I totally agree with you on this and don't think they should be using this forum as part of their instruction.

I think we can just skip the repetitive questions. The problem is that the students don't know they are being repetitive. 

I also think it is it is nice to skip the snarky comments to each other.  This is supposed to be a collegial forum for exchanging information - not a snark fest

If I was teaching real estate classes, I don't know if I'd want the students to be confused by the opinions of agents from outside the state. It's hard to unlearn the wrong stuff when you're trying to learn the right stuff.

Once each semester would be fine but some are getting irritated by the same questions each day.

But they don't bother me, I am a bit humored by them.

As an instructor , I love the fact that non licensed people are proactively finding their way to AR . Until they are in the business they rarely Know what questions to ask. (especially when they interview various Brokers).

Oh Oh - I see Val Evans mentioning guns and heads.  Duck!! 

I think the entire real estate educational curriculum needs to be upgraded and standardized for all the states. There's a huge difference in the amount of education required for licensure in different regions of the country.

I just wonder how they found out about Active Rain.
