Yes I do...it is highly effective. Make certain you have the resources to take advantage of the Facebook Elite ads. Facebook is getting better and better, as far as a highly effective lead generating platform.

I've been playing around with Facebook advertising for a few years now. I've pinpointed the age and locaton of the consumer.  Trying to figure out how to get results that lead to listings or sales.  Still in the experimental process.

We have in the past and it as a flop, but others here have like our John McCormack with positive success because he has the best wife, Debbie...and she cooks real good too!

I have a business page and hope you go visit and like it as I am in the process of using it in a big way to promote my business this year and have no problem sharing ideas

We place our AR Open House blog posts on our FB Business Page and then we BOOST our post to place it on the Walls of 3,000-10,000 FB users in the same zip code area (as the OPEN) .It only costs $5 per day or a total of $40-$50 !!!

Amanda Brown I've built a farm on Facebook to coincide with my mailing farm.  Next year we have seasons baseball tickets so I plan on doing engagement with giveways ect.

Facebook works best for those who are already very successful and have a large following. I don’t recommend spending the time for newer agents.

FB has worked well for us.  The proof is in the closings. We do not and  would not pay for anything on FB.  Our business page is okay but to be honest my wife's personal page is what draws our friends, acquaintances and past clients in. This year alone we've closed 4, listed 2 and I'm now working with an out of state repeat client due to Debbie working FB.  

The issue with Facebook is that it has become almost 70% mobile so the right side where ads appear on a desktop don't appear on mobile. Business pages are usually good as a closed group or something that promotes a neighborhood or a city. Facebook is for two things, community engagment and crazed political rants.

Yes, I do. And since Facebook is one of the largest network, anyone should use the opportunity to market there( free or paid).

Hi Amanda.  I do have a facebook page... facebook.com/HugginsHomes  feel free to check it out!  It is a business page.  I have done some paid advertising with it, but it was not fruitful.

The FB page in of itself, I have no metrics assigned to determine "success."  I just keep posting on it and hope that eventually something of value comes from it.  Luckily, I have it on "auto pilot" now, so the vast majority of postings are from my website's blog, which is also on auto pilot.

I dont advertise there but I do have several fb business pages that I post a link to my blog posts on.
