Good morning Michael. I participated with some mortgage groups when I first joined AR, but lost interest.
Great idea Michael, your clients will appreciate this info.
that is a great idea!
No I was not aware of these groups and have not reblogged the posts from this group. However I follow several lenders and do reblog their posts.
Great suggestion to reblog on FB. Thanks, Michael!
Michael J. Perry I am aware a few mortgage group.
Didn't know they existed. Thanks for the info.
Some yes, some no. Depends on how the LO writes. There are some that are cut & dry facts (boring) & those that help the consumer also understand the changes. Not dumbing it down, but you know what I mean.
There is a LO that works our office & every week he sends a BORING line of graphs in an email. I'm smart but I don't care about your fancy numbers! How is it going to help or hurt my buyers?
I post some blogs to my Facebook home page and some to my business page on Facebook.
Michael J. Perry I do follow many of them - and do re-blog their posts. too.
This is what I love about ActiveRain - we learn about so many things from these experts..
There are several lenders here who do a great job, and if I had a Facebook business page, I would reblog their posts.
Thanks Michael, though just because there's a group, they are difficult to follow. I prefer following individual members.
Periodically, I compile and post a detailed Mortgage Rate Update (click here to see today's update). The goal of these blogs is to "spread the truth" and avoid having our mutual clients fall prey to deceptive mortgage advertising campaigns. That said, there is a blog post that I recommend you read & circulate to your Clients accordingly titled The Truth Behind Mortgage Quotes. Hope this helps your businesses. Have a great week!
I'm having trouble even finding groups I'm interested in that aren't defunct.
no but I probably should....
